Dr G has been our eye doctor for years. From the front office to getting fitted for glasses I give them all a 10!!!! The team works fantastic together and we love them. Very professional and sweet. I would highly recommend them.
this visit was so much more personal than any other eye doctor i’ve ever visited. The entire visit was so comfortable. From being greeted by Ashley at the desk, to the exam with the Dr, to choosing my glasses with Elaina, this was a great experience. Dr. G reallllly cared about making sure my prescription was correct, i brought in my last prescription and it was so off! this time i felt comfortable and confident walking out of my appointment and i can’t wait until my new glasses come in!
I’ve been going to Dr Gillogly since I was a child. He is great and is very enjoyable to talk to during examinations! He explains everything well and is very thorough! Highly recommend!
Pretty disappointed in this eye practice. They do not return phone calls. They kept losing my records. The doctor was a little rude to me after I questioned them about my trial contacts because I couldn’t see out of them. The doctor gave me the wrong prescription contacts. Tried to have them order contacts. They said they would call me when they come in. They didn’t call me. I waited two weeks they never order them. I had a Lasik appointment with a specialist they referred me too. The still didn’t order my contacts it was about months. I got frustrated and started seeing another doctor. I will never go back to this doctor. They are unorganized forgetful and don’t do what patients want.
Dr Gillogly is a wonderful eye doctor. For many years I have been going to his office. Highly recommend! Elaina is terrific at helping to pick out glasses and makes it an easy process.
