Dr Patel, Alicia, Arcelli and Cynthia are polite and very professional. I appreciate that they are approachable. My concerns for my vision is their concerns. If you are looking for a great place to visit. I suggest Vision Source o Aldine Mail Rt.
Came for yearly eye check up as a random walk in after passing by. One of the best decisions I made. The receptionist were friendly. The Dr and his trainee were great and informative. I got my medication for eyes and now time to wait on my new pair
Been coming to this eye clinic since I was little. The staff are always wonderful and make sure to get u in and out. Also the different types of glasses, the lady there always makes sure u like the glasses u getting and if u want to add sun protector or the blue light.
If I could give 0 stars I would. First and last time going to this place. The male doctor is incompetent. I had to be the one asking questions about a procedure for my daughter. He got mad I was asking information in front of her. I feel like he doesn’t like to deal with kids and he should’ve explained even without me having to ask.
The workers were very efficient and helpful and welcoming. The wait was not long, and they made sure that I left with the proper solutions. Overall, it was a good experience coming here to help with my vision. I recommend a 10/10
