All About Eyecare

Tried scheduling new patient appointments for my husband and myself yesterday because our neighbor said Dr. Ruth is absolutely the best. When I called and spoke to Nadine and told her we were referred by our neighbors and wanted to see the same Dr. She replied very negatively. We only have one doctor here. I said oh OK and then she said we do not have any appointments until April. I said well that’s fine. Then she proceeded to tell me she was doing something and couldn’t help me right now and would call me back. Never got a call back so sorry Dr. Ruth, you may be the best doctor on the planet, but first impressions mean everything as I too am in the health business and if one of my staff behaved like that, I’d be extremely disappointed and honestly wouldn’t want them on my team. Hey Nadine, I’m sorry that I bothered you! 😔

It was one of the best experiences I have had in a medical office. The staff from the ladies upfront to the lady and gentleman who helped me find my frames at the end of my appointment, were polite, helpful, and genuine. Dr. Ruth was delightful and accepting of me as a new patient. Helped me understand things being this is only a handful of years into needing eye glasses. I skipped my last appointment over 8 months ago because the experience was so awful at a franchise eyewear office. This offices professionalism regained some of my faith in customer and patient care! I've been a patient of Dr. Ruth's for many years. She's always pleasant, on-time and quick yet thorough and polite. I have seen some of the staff there for a few years which is also nice.

Could not recommend this place enough! The ENTIRE staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any and all questions you might have. They took the time to make sure I liked the glasses I picked out and were within my budget and I never felt rushed! Definitely come here for any eye exams, glasses, contacts, or other vision related needs.

I was a first-time patient with Dr. Ruth for this appointment, and I had a thoroughly great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ruth is awesome; she's super nice and gave the best eye exam I've had in years. The office's covid policies were thorough as well, and I felt very safe having my exam here.
