Optometrist and opticians were great. Store management at this particular store is a complete good old boy/bro culture and does not operate with the same ethical and customer service standards as Costco Corporate. I was told that they are under scrutiny right now from corporate.

I bought some frames about three months ago at Costco (Havana ST, Aurora Colorado). I accidentally broke them and found the exact same frame model and size online for a tenth the price. I took the broken frame and the exact same size new frame to Costco to have them swap the lenses over. An extremely condescending woman barely glanced at the frames and incorrectly determined (with her bare eyes noless) the new frame was 3mm different than the old. However, they are the exact same size and model - only the color is different. She claimed a liability issue, which does not exist because, as I may have already mentioned, they are the exact same size and model frames. I was stunned speechless that a Costco employee would be so rude and dismissive. But, a happy ending did follow, as I drove across the street to Target Optical They verified that, as I may have already mentioned, the frames were the exact same size and model. At no charge, they swapped my lenses out and I went about my life.
I have become a Huge Costco Vision fan. My experience with Dr Castan and her office manager was perfection. Smooth, easy, comfortable, and confident. Same at the optical department. Kay and team were solid - just wonderful. I initially ordered progressive lenses. I didn't like them, so I went back to see what my options were. Kay quickly processed the return and had my order for single vision lenses completed in no time. I applied the refund to an additional pair of sunglasses. 5 stars.
I loved my experience at Costco vision with Dr. Castans. One of the most professional environments I have been in in a long time and very enjoyable. Anyone who decides to go to this office is lucky. I have found my new spot for all my vision needs.
I saw Dr. Castans earlier today and had a very positive experience. She was kind, very thorough, and clearly cared about my well-being. I will be a return customer absolutely! I highly, highly recommend using Costco's Vision Center at this location. I'm glad I did!
