I stopped in to see if they would be able to get me glasses because I have a strong prescription and not all labs can. They called the lab and they were told yes they can. So that was good new for me. So I set up an appointment and asked what my co-pay would be. They said that they wouldn't know until they put in all tje information so they would call and let me know the day before. I totally understand that's common these days. So the day before they called and said they couldn't find my insurance. With a little more info we figured it out. They said they would call me back to tell me how much in a little while. Unfortunately I never heard back so I just showed up to my appointment when I arrived they said my insurance was not valid. So I just drove a little over 20 miles for absolutely nothing. I called my insurance and it's valid but Aurora eye practice was out of network. That's the first thing I asked do you except this insurance they said yes. Apparently they do not. If they would have just done their job and called me back my time nor gas money money would have not been wasted. So if you value your time the one thing you'll never get back. I would go somewhere else.
