Dr. Smith was wonderful. He listened to what I had to say and came up with options for me. Melody did an amazing job of helping guide us to frames that would fit my face. She walked us through every step of ordering glasses. She made the process easy and fun. Her personality is great and she puts you at ease, making you feel great! 10/10 I would recommend
Appointment was great. Dr. Smith was extremely helpful. I supplied my own frames for them to put new lenses in. It has now been almost 5 weeks since I dropped off my frames. I was told a week and a half. Got a call yesterday, and they didn't even know what frames I dropped off, and that they'll tell the lab to "get started" on them almost 5 weeks after I dropped them off.
Bought my glasses a month ago. They just now recieved the lenses and apparently they have a chip in them and have to be sent back. No one told me how long its going to be until they get a new one or offer any kind of discount for my troubles. Very frustrated with this place. Update on april 9th 2026. Still havent recieved my glasses. I have called every week and even went in person multiple times. Last week i was told that the second set of lenses also broke and they were upgrading my lenses and having them shipped under urgent and would be available the latest by wednesday april 7th. Went in today april 9th and the glasses were not there nor did the assistant manager know what was going on. According to my account notes the glasses had not even been reordered. Hopefully i have more information tomorrow as i have already paid for these glasses2 months ago and been promised a free upgrade of the lenses.update. finally got my glasses. The manager was very apologetic. And the glasses are very nice
All About Eyes always helps me with my eye tests and dilation. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Been going to them for 8 years now and don't plan on switching any time soon! 😃👍
Appointment went well but for a second time, after being told that my glasses would take 7-10 days 14 days now and still not in and was told today that hopefully by Monday now. I thought I would give them a second chance but that has bit me in the butt yet again!
