My 14 year old reported that the doctor was extremely rude and treated him like he was stupid because he couldn't see during the vision test which is weird considering that's what he was there for and should be expected. I guess maybe don't take your kids here, not a kid friendly place.
I am so glad that I called Mattoon Walmart Vision they had an appointment the same day. Adam made sure all of my information was setup. He was so helpful and efficient!! He even fixed my glasses so I could use them until my contacts came in. Derek Storm OD did my exam and was very knowledgeable in what my best options were. I am truly thankful for all of their assistance & I highly recommend them if you need your eyes examined!!
My wife and I both were overdue for eye exams and went here. This was by far the best experience we ever had with a vision center. There was no sense whatsoever that they were rushing through anything. The exam was very thorough, and everyone went out of their way to see that all our questions were answered. We now have our best glasses ever.
Great experience, customer service was fast and very helpful. Glasses was very affordable. No problems with the glasses. So grateful for having affordable glasses and took just a couple of days to come in
I just want to say the 2 males that helped fix my daughters glasses due to her being hit by a volleyball..thank you for being so kind its fully appreciated
