All About Eyes - Edwardsville

I have been a customer for years, annual visit, regular contact orders that show up at the estimated delivery time, always feel well taken care of when I call or visit in person. This particular review is in reference to a recent visit for my son who is also a patient here. He suffered from an emergent eye issue, the receptionist on the phone was very efficient and helpful in squeezing in an emergency appointment with Dr. Jennifer Karr to be seen. Long story short he had a grain of sand stuck to the inside of his eyelid that was removed immediately and he was well on his way to getting back to his 11 year old boy life without pain and suffering while waiting for an appointment to open up the following day. These ladies at the Edwardsville location are prompt, professional and so very caring. I can’t thank you enough for taking such great care of my family! Blessings to you all.

Dr. Jennifer Karr and the staff member who helped me after the exam (I didn’t catch her name) were absolutely wonderful—honestly, the entire team was! Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. Dr. Karr took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole experience comfortable and completely stress-free. I felt truly cared for and confident in her expertise from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch eye doctor! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

(Just my experience. Do not assume this applies to everyone.) everyone I spoke with was very kind and friendly. They just weren’t as solution-oriented as I would have hoped. They made it so hard to spend my money with them, I had to walk out without placing my order. They either misunderstood what insurance benefit I had available or they failed to offer the solution based on what I did have available, but either way, it took 2 calls to my insurance provider and several texts with the store manager, only to still have to physically go back to the store, beg for an out-of-pocket cost, only to be told they failed to capture the details (frame model) of my order.

Been going there for 10+ years for my eye care/glasses/contacts. They are always helpful, they know exactly what my insurance covers and help when I have questions. They aren’t pushy and everyone I have dealt with are so friendly.

Just wanted to say that the women at the front desk at the Edwardsville, IL location are all super nice and professional. I have interacted with Kim, Jules and Angie and they were all so helpful and nice. Really appreciate their help!!
