Everyone there is super nice and I'm sure they are amazing with most patient cases, but it seems like they're not great at diagnosing/prescribing for more difficult cases. I had to send my glasses back/get a follow-up exam between 6 and 8 times. They ended up refunding my money and suggesting I go somewhere else. I went somewhere else and they got my prescription right the first try. I told the new doctor all the same stuff I told All Eye Care and they really paid close attention to what I was saying rather than putting me in a category based on my age. Turned out all my problems had to do with poorly measured pupil height. It wasn't a need for prisms or progressives or even a stronger prescription. It was exactly what I was trying to tell them the entire time. Again, really nice people. But I wasted so much time and effort as well as being stuck in a bad prescription for around 6 months after my initial exam.
