The facility is great, from the warm welcome of their staff in the front desk til the end of the appointment. They are all accommodating and kind, so with Dr. Wong who is very cautious in handling my child who has special needs… Well done. Thank you very much!

I had an emergency on a Saturday morning and needed to see an eye doctor ASAP. The staff here got me in right away, they were courteous and very welcoming. Dr Wong was kind and efficient, the entire appointment took less than 45 minutes and I got the prescription I needed. I really appreciate the staff for getting me in to see the doctor so quickly, especially as a new patient.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my daughter to see Dr. Allen Wong! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and Dr. Allen Wong was so patient, kind, and amazing with her. They made the whole eye exam fun and comfortable for her. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for excellent, compassionate eye care.

⭐☆☆☆☆ This office has lost the business of our entire family. We expected a routine annual eye exam covered by our High Option vision plan. Instead, we repeatedly encountered a pattern of additional fees attached to services that, in our opinion, should have been part of the exam or at least disclosed much more clearly in advance. This year, I was told that renewing the same premium multifocal contact lenses with the same prescription required a separate “premium contact lens fitting” fee. My insurance covered only $40, leaving me responsible for approximately $70. From my perspective, no new fitting had occurred. The comprehensive exam had already been completed, the measurements had already been obtained, and the only remaining step was ordering trial lenses before renewing the same prescription. Last year, all five members of our family had retinal images taken during our exams. After the images had already been captured, we were then asked whether we wanted to pay an additional fee for the doctor to review them. To us, that made no sense. If the images are important enough to take as part of the examination, we believe the doctor’s interpretation should be part of the examination—not an additional charge presented after the images have already been obtained. The overall experience left us feeling that routine parts of eye care were being separated into additional billable items. We left with the impression that the office’s business model emphasizes generating revenue from add-on fees rather than delivering transparent, patient-centered care. If you’re considering this practice, ask before your appointment exactly which services are included in your exam, which require additional fees, and whether obtaining or renewing a contact lens prescription will require a separate fitting charge—even if you’re wearing the same contacts and the same prescription. This version is strongly critical, but it distinguishes between facts (“this happened”) and opinions (“we left with the impression…”), which makes it more credible and less likely to create legal issues.
