I had a really good experience with Dr. Jenny Tran. She was professional, thorough, and took her time explaining everything during my eye exam in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered. She was very attentive and you can tell she cares about her patients. The whole visit went smoothly from start to finish, and everything felt well organized and comfortable. What I appreciated most was how efficient she was while still being detailed and patient. Best experience for my eyes! Very one is so peaceful and friendly! The only thing should be careful was the Costco have those differentiate visiting time to visit the store for executive and regular member’s. Just try to have ur appointment text or something to show them at the entrance. Optometry tried to communicate with Costco so many times.. Costco should do better…

I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. The receptionist and techs were extremely personable and efficient. The doctor was awesome and took her time explaining everything and I found her very personable and professional. If you need an eye exam do yourself a favor and try this practice you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Jenny Tran is excellent. I came in for a routine eye exam, but she noticed I was having dry eye problems that were causing blurry vision, irritation, and mild discomfort. She listened carefully, explained everything in a clear way, and gave me a treatment plan with eye drops and irritation drops that helped a lot. I also appreciated that she took my job into account and gave advice that fit my daily routine. She was thorough, respectful, and did not make the visit feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Tran.
