My son and I recently had appointments here, and both experiences were excellent. My son was seen by one of the female doctors, and I was genuinely impressed by how caring and attentive she was. Even though he was perfectly healthy, she took the time to ask questions, show concern, and make sure everything was thoroughly checked. Her professionalism and genuine care left such a positive impression that I decided to schedule an appointment for myself as well. At my appointment, I was seen by one of the male doctors, and I appreciated his approach just as much. He explained everything clearly and in a way that made sense to me. His communication style matched the way I like to understand and process information, and it was obvious that he truly enjoys what he does and cares about his patients. We did experience a small hiccup when the office’s payment system went down. I don’t have a physical HSA/FSA card and normally pay using tap-to-pay, so I wasn’t able to complete the transaction at the time. The staff handled the situation professionally and were very understanding, allowing me to come back later when their system was working again. Overall, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and accommodating. It’s refreshing to find a medical office where both the doctors and staff make you feel valued and well cared for. Highly recommended.
