The level of customer service received was absolutely unparalleled!! I have never experienced such warmth, love and empathy at an eye doctor! Dr. Gutierrez Was great! I have been bouncing around to different eye Dr’s for years and was hoping to finally find someone long term. She was referred by a long time friend who has taken his family to her for years. Elite takes insurance and the front desk was easy to work with from scheduling to payment. Dr. Gutierrez Was thorough with the exam and made sure that I fully understood what I was looking at. Her team was efficient and helpful as well. My first time here, and everyone is so very nice. Dr. Gonzalez is absolutely the best Optometrist I’ve ever been to. She listened to all my questions, answered very honestly about my cataracts. I’m recommending my family and friends to Elite Eyecare for all their needs.
