I did the virtual eye exam for the last 3 years and it was great. This year they (the makers of the software) have opted to add a AI to the virtual eye exam and it is now the equivalent of arguing with an automated customer service rep. I did not need to get that frustrated, that early in the morning. The staff is still great so make your appointment ahead of time with the doctor.
I have gone to this eye center for 2 years and the doctor and his assistant are extremely nice and well mannered BUT the secretary is extremely ignorant and just overall not someone who should be working with people. She tried to help me pick out my glasses but she was so rude during the process that the doctors assistant realized her attitude and came out and told her to just go and she helped me pick out my glasses. I am unsure if I am going to return for my next set of glasses in the upcoming years. I give 4 stars because the shop is a very good eye center but I unfortunately revoked one star because of the secrataries attitude. I do recommend this eye center but unless she leaves or they get rid of her expect a very ignorant woman checking you in.
Great customer service. I had the virtual eye exam and highly recommend it. Fast and accurate. All the associates were friendly and helpful. Definitely going back.
The one lady is very ignorant and doesn't like when people stick up for their rights. They try to force people to wear mask with medical problems. As always I will be adding this business to my places of not getting my money. #ObeyTheConstitution
