I can't recommend this office enough. I'd previously been here for glasses, but decided I wanted to finally try contacts. Dr. Hoek and his staff work hard to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied with what you're going home with. Heather sat with me patiently for like an hour, helping me figure out how to get these things in my eyes LOL. I had to come back a few times and tried many, many samples (my fault, not theirs - I have weird eyes) to find the most comfortable and clear option. But Dr. Hoek always had suggestions at the ready, options to try, and he kept working until we got what was perfect for me! I confidently believe that I would not have gotten such care anywhere else. The whole staff is wonderful to work with, I will not go anywhere else!
Always highly professional visit. Dr. Hoek does an amazing job of getting my prescription perfect. I have bifocals glasses, dedicated computer glasses, and distance only glasses and each pair gives me perfect vision for that particular purpose. My husband says the same for his glasses. I would recommend Dr. Hoek to anyone who wants the best in optometry care.
Dr Hoek was very detailed in his exam and agreed with my need for a more aggressive prescription for my glasses. Very thorough and understanding. I highly recommend his office.
