I am very happy with the doctor and the care I have received. However, my experiences with the front desk staff have been disappointing. One staff member is often rude and dismissive when I ask questions, typically responding by telling me to "just sign the board." Unfortunately, this has been a recurring experience during my visits. I am considering trying the Stockton office and hope the customer service there is more friendly and helpful. The optical department provides good-quality glasses, but I would appreciate more assistance when selecting frames. I felt the experience lacked the personalized attention that other optical providers, such as LensCrafters, often offer. While the end product is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in customer service and patient support.
