Allendale Eye Care

They were great!! I felt they were very thorough in their exam and Dr. Megan answered any questions I had. Loved the state of the art technology and how nice everybody was. Rachel was great to work with finding the right frames and took the extra steps I needed in helping with some new lenses as well. She did not try to over sell me and was able to work with my insurance carrier to give me exact prices. Also the inital exam staff was very nice as well. Overall a five star experience. Would definitely recomend them.

As someone new to the state, finding a trustworthy eye doctor was very important to me, especially after having a torn retina repair in 2022. From my first visit, I was impressed by how friendly and professional the office was. Jen, in particular, was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which helped calm my nerves right away. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how she eased my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, I had an excellent experience and feel confident I found the right eye doctor. My only suggestion would be for the receptionist to be a bit warmer, especially since they are the first point of contact for patients. Aside from that, I highly recommend this office.

I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. Meagan was very Thorough with my exam, the tech who did all my testing was very sweet and explained the different machines and what they are, and I’m Embarrassed that can’t remember who helped me pick out my frames short dark hair but I loved her! She was fantastic!! I’m happy I came to your office, I was very unhappy with my previous place I was going. Please thank your staff that helped me. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses. The office staff was friendly, helpful, and did not pressure sales like other large eye care providers. They made you feel listened to as a patient. The appointment was less than an hour, which was greatly appreciated compared to my previous provider.

Honestly one of the best eye visits I've had in a long time! Each staff member I saw had a great attitude, was super kind. And made me feel at ease. Plus, their new technology means no uncomfortable eye dilations!!
