Allied Eye

I have always had such a wonderful experience with Allied Eye! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The staff made everything so easy and comfortable, and I never felt rushed at any point during my visit. The providers are incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. You can really tell they prioritize both quality care and patient experience. The office itself was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently, which I truly appreciated. Overall, such a positive experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Allied Eye to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

I’ll give a 4 because I’m a new patient. Overall the experience was great. There was some waiting in the lobby but I wouldn’t complain. The staff was very presentable and knowledgeable. Great facility and resources. Noticed a man come by who was not a patient or a visitor but needed to use the bathroom. The staff was very kind and showed the guy the way to the bathroom. 5 out of 5 for Customer Service.

I would definitely recommend Allied Eye to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I couldn’t be happier. I got the multi-focal package and I can see great. From the front desk to the staff they were pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Matzkin did my surgery and he is very picky and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else. I have seen Dr Herron on some post op appointments and she’s so nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My recent visit was okay. The staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The ophthalmologist was quite behind schedule at the start of the day. Appointment was 9:15 but didn’t get to see him until about 10:15. He seems knowledgeable but could do better job listening. Perhaps he was distracted because of being behind schedule, but those things matter. I would give the office another opportunity though.
