First off let me say Dr. Alexander McGowan is amazing and this review is no reflection on him. He is great, explains everything and makes you feel good after the visit and that’s why I give 3 stars cause if it wasn’t for him I’d give zero stars. The rest of the staff is terrible. The receptionist is rude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I had to go back 3 times to just order my glasses because the person who does that is very slow and is not there often. I was told my glasses would be read in 7-10 days and I had to keep calling to finally pick them up when they were ready. Then when I finally rent I was rushed out and did not make me feel welcome at all. Now my wife was told 7-10 business days for hers and she is now at over 20 business days. She called Monday morning for an update and said they would be ready by Tuesday at the latest. Guess what, still no call. Use Dr. McGowan but go somewhere else to get your glasses. Thank me later.
