Excellent experience, Dr. Reinhold was very thorough and patient while explaining the eye exam results, the referral and the next steps in the process. I am grateful for her professionalism and the expertise she demonstrated during this visit.

I had an eye exam here. They told me my prescription changed. They gave me a prescription that was exactly the same as my previous one. Either they lied about the prescription changing just to sell eyeglasses, mis-measured the prescription on the previous glasses, or gave me the wrong prescription. Any of the three options are unacceptable.
