Been going here for 25 years. Loved Dr O and love this doctor as well. Very frustrated as I needed TWO extra minutes to get there to pick up glasses by 6 pm. Not 10 minutes, not 30. I asked if they could wait for two minutes and was told no by the office staff. I made it in time right at 5:59 but I feel like that customer service could really use some work. I get it. I was going to be late. By two minutes. I would’ve said, “ I can wait til 6:05 or 6:03 or whatever but have to leave then if you’re not here”.I would’ve said that’s perfect. I’ll be there. Just put a really negative taste in my mouth. Maybe that’s just me.

Dr. Rajha is a fantastic eye doctor. She is thorough, knowledgeable and does a great job explaining exactly what she is doing and why. Her bedside manner is exceptional and she is so kind. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Micheline Rajha was absolutely great. Very professional, knowledgeable and spends the necessary time teaching you about everything she does and everything related to your eyes and vision. The office is very nice and cozy and the staff very attentive and accommodating.

Dr Shah is the best!! Where do I start, she is the most caring ,concerned Dr I have ever meet.She is so knowledgeable in her field.The whole staff is friendly and willing to help.The whole family goes to her.We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great, friendly practice. The staff are very nice and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and personable. I actually enjoyed being at an eye doctor!
