First, in an acute situation I was able to get an appointment quickly. And Dr. Keeler was very impressive. She got all the details of a rather complex situation, understood everything quickly. I felt she was highly competent. We'll see how the results turn out but I really feel I am in good hands!
Went in for a routine eye exam and they were very efficient. Dr. Mortenson was very thorough and explained things in a manner that made sense to me. The front desk staff was great too along with the eye glass fitters. They’ve got a great team and I highly recommend you come here for your next eye exam! Appreciate all the hard work you guys do !!
Great experience here! I kind of dread going to most doctors but I needed a new pair of glasses and this is conveniently located in LensCrafters at the 29th street mall. Easy to book online (did so the day before the appt), actually came out on time for my appointment, everyone there was very nice and informative. One of the most painless processes I’ve had at any doctor visit!
Dr. Mortenson is wonderful! Really grateful for the time she spent with my husband and I on a Saturday providing super high tech comprehensive eye exams. Her team is knowledgeable and kind too! Will recommend others in Boulder to see her!
