I visited this place several times for eye exams and issues with my glasses, and I was generally happy with the service. However, I received an invoice last year that charged me for a contact lens fitting, which was expensive and had not been performed. When I called to discuss the charge, I was told it was standard practice, even if the service wasn’t actually provided. I was upset and explained that I would not pay for services not rendered, to which the person on the phone responded that I was welcome to do so. Today, a year later, I returned for a different issue, hoping to move past the previous overcharging incident. However, I was informed that they would no longer do business with me, putting me in another outrageously frustrating situation. This seems to be the practice at this establishment. I would recommend double-checking your invoices if you decide to use their services. As I stood on the street, I had to remind myself of what had just happened: they tried to cheat me out of my money, and when I refused to accept their tactics and returned, they said they would not do business with me. I have never been treated like this anywhere in my life!

I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses is incredibly diverse. Should you want eyeglass frames as sunglasses there is the option for the warm, welcoming and ever so knowledgable staff to cut lenses to fit the frames - amazing.

I went in for an unorthodox service: fixing the broken rubber nose rests on my sunglasses. I was expecting to pay a small fee of course, but instead, the folks there took care of the quick service for free. While I was waiting, I saw excellent customer service and they answered every possible questions customers have. It’s wonderful that places with such kindness and care still exist. Thanks again!!!

My glasses broke unexpectedly (purchased from another store), but the people here fixed them in less than 10 minutes for free! Amazing team, thanks!

For the service and price that was paid I would’ve rather had gone to Target Optical. First pair was fine but been dealing with a crooked frame and took it to get adjust but my glasses had been crooked since new. I’m thinking it’s the way the lenses were cut. This place is definitely on the higher end place.
