Dr. Paula Postma, Optometrist

I had an appointment here months ago now. I have reached out maybe a dozen times to have my prescriptions sent to me so I can order new contacts. They always assure me the Doctor will send them next day, and they never do. Edit: Following up, they reached out 6 days after posting this review with an accusatory phone call. They claim the prescription was sent twice and verified my email to be sure. I have thoroughly assessed my own records and confirmed no message was ever received from postmapc. Even if they did, they are saying they ignored every request between February and June. Update: They had the audacity to update their reply to change it from saying "your prescription was sent immediately after your first request. Additionally it as sent a second time more recently" to instead say "was sent multiple times", blatantly changing the story. Despite acklowledging they never successfuly reached me with my prescription, they still offered no solution. How unprofessional. They also very much did NOT share any documentation confirming anything. They said they'd send it over text and of course that didn't come through either. Honestly I think they lost their records and are accusing me of not knowing how to use my email to save face. Way to confirm I should never go back.

Dr Postma is amazing! She and her staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. I was overdue for my check up and had some concerns. She had the experience and technology to assess my condition and explained that all was well. Highly recommend her!!
