Can I bill you $100 for the expense i’ve missed appointments because you don’t know how to book appointments. I sat there for an hour and 20 minutes for an eye exam at 9:30. Ay10:30 You said it was just starting the procedure. We got there at 9:25. My day got screwed up my wife’s day got screwed up my kids important event right before their graduation got screwed up. Greed over customer strikes again
Last week I saw Lee Katzman , MD and today I saw Joseph Mannen OD. I received highly professional, courteous, respectful treatment. I am very impressed with advice and treatment plan I received. The office is very clean and pleasant. Staff attentive and very pleasant. I highly recommend Alvarado eye for anyone interested in high quality eye care. Thank you so much!
Doctor Cook is an excellent doctor. Magnificent expertise and superb patient/customer service. Wonderful personality and kind. All the staff are the same - wonderful service. Karen, in the front desk, is the best at what she does. Keep up the good work.
I'm very happy with my visits and especially happy with DR Katzman who is caring and takes the time to explaie what he is doing and answer any questions I may. The staff is great and friendly and I'm so glad I chose Alvarado Eye Associates and I highly recommend them!
