Alvernon Optical - Green Valley

We had an excellent experience at Alvernon Optical. Dr. Schillig is highly professional and attentive; she takes the time to ensure patient comfort and thoroughly explains each step of the process. The staff there were very helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My daughter and I had an appointment, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The team made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit, and we enjoyed a friendly and pleasant atmosphere during our time there.

Hands down the best optical store I’ve ever found. The selection of glasses is excellent. Two months after I got my new glass, they were damaged. Alvernon optical immediately took the glasses in and had them repaired within 30 minutes.

The staff is very professional and kind. The eye exam is very complete and it is obvious they care very much about the health of your eyes. So, the next time you are in need of an eye exam make an appointment, you may find you are seeing better!

My wife recently visited to have her annual eye exam. The exam results were that she had a "significant" change to her previous prescription. She asked that the doctor write her the same prescription as she previously had and the doctor refused to do so. In previous years, with other optometrists, this request had been honored. While the doctor did not honor my wife's request, this was not the primary problem. She asked to appeal the decision by talking to the office manager. He quickly told her, in a sarcastic tone, that there was no point in asking because he would not change the decision. He was extremely rude and told my wife as she was leaving, "Do not come back here". She won't, I won't, and neither will anyone who asks our opinion of this business. She needs a complete apology from the office manager and the owner of this business.

The service that I received was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they did their best to meet my needs.
