I had written two different reviews. But I decided to write one more. After the last review, my husband was back at 1 North. They are truly God-sent. I have to thank the staff at 1 North for the care my husband received. The extreme patience they showed toward him and even toward us. As I wrote before, I would visit him throughout the week. They made his stay comfortable and even went out of their way to address any grievances we had. The recreation department was great whenever I wanted to host a birthday party or any event for my husband; they were always happy to help out. They even gave him pet therapy and allowed us to bring our small dog. Each staff member showed care for my husband til the very end. I'm truly grateful to the staff of 1 North.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Dina, the Day Nurse Manager on 1 North, for the incredible care she provides. I have observed her on several occasions, not only with my mother but with many other residents as well, and she is truly phenomenal. Dina is warm hearted, compassionate, patient, and genuinely treats every resident with dignity and respect. She doesn't just do her job she goes above and beyond to make each person feel valued, heard, and cared for. Her kindness is something you can't teach it comes naturally, and it shows in every interaction. As a daughter, there is no greater comfort than knowing my mother feels safe, at home, and genuinely happy when Dina is caring for her. My mother speaks so highly of her, and I can see the trust and bond they have developed. It gives our entire family peace of mind knowing she is in such loving and capable hands. Dina's leadership on 1 North is evident. She creates an atmosphere of compassion, professionalism, and respect that positively impacts both the residents and their families. People like Dina are rare, and she is truly an asset to your facility. I say this from the bottom of my heart if Dina were no longer there, I would seriously consider removing my mother from the facility because she has made such a tremendous difference in our experience. Thank you, Dina, for everything you do. Your kindness, dedication, and love for your residents do not go unnoticed. Our family loves you, appreciates you more than words can express, and we are forever grateful for the exceptional care you provide.

As my Uncle has been here over the past year CNA’s Bartley and Donia Thompson have made sure that he taken care of. Letting us know things he needs, making sure he feels comfortable and getting him up and moving even when he is having bad days. Charge Nurse Williams makes sure that any accommodations that are needed for him are relayed to the team. And that our wishes for his care are executed.

My brother was a patient here he was treated excellent. First floor staff was phenomenal. Unit nurse Dina, Social Worker Ebahe and the staff gave excellent care and attention. Thanku 4 all your help with my brother Joe Floridia

My friend was here for rehab and it was a very good experience. The staff on the first floor was excellent. The care provided was efficient and on time. Special thank you to social worker Ebavhi, nurse Dina and Farrah. I appreciate all you have done.
