Dr. Felton was amazing. She was so patient with my little one who has a small issue with controlling his emotions and towards the end he got a little antsy. Her and her staff stayed calm not only with their actions but their voice and he quickly calmed down and they were able to continue with their respective evaluations. My big one got nervous when he couldn't see from the "cold drops" but she explained everything so well that he could tell me what was going on. See you next year APV!

WOW. This some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Brought my 8 & 6 year old here & I cannot recommend enough, staff is amazing with children & made us all feel very comfortable. Entire office just has a warm feeling to it. Will definitely be bringing them back & making future appointments for myself & husband here.

I have visited Dr. Felton for my annual eye exam three times, and I’ll continue to be a repeat patient. Dr. Felton is excellent at throughly explaining each part of the machinery used in the exam, what it measures, your results, and normal ranges for a particular test. No other optometrist has ever explained my propensity for eye floaters! It’s evident she is well-trained and has a passion for optometry. In my line of work as a healthcare attorney, my eyes are often strained from reading voluminous pages of contracts and documents, so I’m grateful to Dr. Felton for being concerned about preserving my eye health as well. Additionally, since the basis of my line of work is rooted in advising my own clinician clients, I innately appreciate when I don’t have to question the standard of care of my personal healthcare providers! On a last note, the man who left the review about the “lady at the front desk” misplacing his Groupon was not truthful. I was there during the entire encounter and Dr. Felton herself was the only person communicating with him on the issue. He did not present the entire Groupon image for the discount to register, and she was more than accommodating and cordial in explaining his shortcoming. I know several others who also have amazing experiences with Dr. Felton, her office efficiency, and her wide selection of affordable glasses. I’ll continue to drive 50 miles RT to see her and highly recommend Amazing Point of View to others.

Dr Felton has amazing white glove service. I've been wearing glasses for all of my life and she is the first to explain a lot of the diagnostic and why you may be seeing certain things. She has plenty to chose from an eyewear standpoint. She takes care of my entire family

I recently visited a place in League City and saw APOV next door to it. I needed glasses so I decided to go in, not expecting an immediate appointment. As I entered, I was immediately impressed by the Decor. I loved it! Upon my happy expression, someone took credit for it, but it turned out the person was a pleasant funny customer. Lol! The actual decorator turned out to be Dr. Faltón who is one of the most humble people I’ve met. She is attentive, respectful and loves to share her knowledge. The doctor is the epitome of a positive impact. I needed to see and experience hope. I’m 60 years old and these days Im constantly reminded how much I miss knowledgeable, kind, and caring people. My whole experience there was filled with happiness because I was treated with attentiveness, and kindness. Dr Faltón is patient, efficient and loves to educate and surrounds herself with nice people. My upmost respect to Ms.Tiana who is ever so nice and who shared the knowledge Dr Faltón imparted on to her. The doctor is a true hands on humble leader who leads by example. She is front and center taking care of customers and patients. I saw it and had no idea she was the Dr. Her parents must be proud! Go cougars! Many Thanks to Dr Falton and her staff.
