I went to America’s Best on Pines Blvd even though I previously swore I would never go back to American Eyewear. This was the first time anyone had taken the time to explain what was done during my eye exam. Pat is very good at what she does. She gets a 10/10 great job. All the staff there is very pleasant. Dr. Germaine is also a great Doctor 👏🏻👏🏻

I would like to leave an excellent review for Lourdes! She provided outstanding customer service during my glasses purchase. She was patient, attentive, professional, and helped me choose the perfect pair. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling very happy and satisfied with my purchase. My son had a minor eye injury, so I called America’s Best Westfork Plaza to schedule a same day medical appointment. I was informed the visit would cost between $45–$95 depending on severity, and after providing details about his minor injury, he was approved to be seen and the appointment was confirmed. About 30 minutes later I received a call stating that the doctor was refusing to see him because children are “difficult,” may not handle pain well, and due to past negative experiences. I was also told that she would most likely just refer him to Bascom Palmer or another eye surgeon’s office anyway, so it would be a waste of time for him to come in. I found this explanation surprising and inappropriate given my child is nearly 10 years old and the appointment had already been confirmed based on the details given. Because of this I contacted another America’s Best location on Pines Blvd. After explaining the situation, they immediately accommodated us. Dr. Michelle Trotman was awesome and extremely helpful. She explained that my son likely had a mild corneal scratch that typically heals quickly on its own, required no prescription medication, and recommended over-the-counter Systane Ultra drops for lubrication. She also advised that he could resume normal activity. It is unacceptable for a patient to be turned away based on generalized assumptions about children rather than an individual assessment. I strongly encourage to review policies to ensure patients are not denied care based on bias.

Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! Briana at America’s Best Contact & Eyeglasses was AMAZING! She was so incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism truly made my visit unforgettable. She went above and beyond to help me and made everything so easy and enjoyable. This is hands-down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! Thank you a million times, Briana, you are awesome!!! 😊

It was my first time getting glasses from America's Best, I had an amazing experience. Briana was the girl that helped me, and she was so patient with me. She helped me pick out glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable, her attentiveness is why I will be coming here to her from now on . I wish had come here sooner.
