Tiffany was great. I brought my glasses in for an adjustment and not only did she adjust them but she replaced the nose pieces also. I got more than I expected with a smile and no charge. I definitely recommend America Best and Tiffany.
When I first went in I was a bit skeptical if I could be helped since I had gotten my glasses from a different store. Marisa quickly put my skepticism to rest! She was so kind and took a lot of time with me, to make sure I picked out just the right size glasses to compliment my face! That’s the one task I hate, doing it alone, but you would have thought she was my best friend! I don’t think she even truly realizes what that meant to me! Even when she was almost finished with my order, I quickly changed my mind on one pair, and she was fine with it! She never made me feel like I inconvenienced her at all! What a lady!! Thank you for having her there! She truly is an exceptional addition to your company!! Thank you and God Bless!!
The overall staff is very friendly and accommodating. I very much liked Dr. Danielle and her mannerisms. But specifically I really appreciated Maisa who helped fit me in for an INR so that I could go out of town. I highly recommend this location.
I had a very disappointing experience with Yelena at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The patient I was accompanying is living with dementia and is currently experiencing financial difficulties. I explained this situation to Yelena from the beginning, hoping she would show patience and compassion. Instead, she was extremely pushy throughout the interaction. She repeatedly grabbed the patient’s credit card and attempted to process payment for glasses, despite being told there were not enough funds available. When the transaction couldn’t be completed, she raised her voice and told me that I should pay for the patient’s glasses, even after I had already explained the circumstances. Working with vulnerable individuals requires empathy, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, Yelena demonstrated none of those qualities during our visit. Her aggressive approach made an already stressful situation much worse. I hope America’s Best provides additional training on how to interact with elderly and cognitively impaired patients with dignity and compassion.
We got rescheduled from another location, so if we're being honest I walked into the appointment a bit displeased. But our visit this year was the best eye appointment I've had in the 26 years I've been wearing glasses. The doctor was patient and kind. She thoroughly answered every question without an ounce of judgement. Then we were taken care of by the best associate I've ever had the pleasure of working with, Danny. He helped me change up my glasses style to a frame that suits me so well! Highly recommend and will be booking our appointments here next year!
