I have worn glasses since preschool and this group by far has been the most efficient, kind, and pleasurable experience I have ever had. I called to ask about a promotional deal and not only were my pricing questions answered, but they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. Dr Sahand was patient and thorough, very pleasant and personable. I had a lot of questions as I have not been to an optometrist for 2 years; I have never seen an eye doctor that really heard my concerns with my vision and took the time to explain not only my new prescription but the changes I had noticed in my vision recently as well as what to look for going forward. I didn’t feel belittled or rushed like I have at other offices. Additionally, Jerry helped me with my frames and took the time to work with me on my budget without insurance to make the frames I wanted work for me. Jerry was an absolute sweetheart, and his high level of customer service made me forget it was a drs appointment - I felt like family. While I was impressed with Dr Sahand, I am almost more impressed with Jerry! Proper customer service is hard to find these days and Jerry provided that service gracefully. If anyone at americas best reads this please give Jerry a raise! So excited to pick up my glasses in 2 weeks and looking forward to seeing the staff again and thanking them. Also looking forward to continue being a customer here - I have shopped around for doctors that make me feel comfortable and what I can afford not having insurance and used many chains for glasses, but I will be making the drive across town every time to go to this location of this business. My husband and I were able to schedule back to back appointments online. We had a great experience at this location yesterday. We were greeted and helped by several friendly staff members all throughout our visit. We got several touch points letting us know what to expect next. We had barely any wait time. Our optometrist was friendly and knowledgeable. She took plenty of time for both of us, and answered all of our questions without appearing rushed. She offered to give us contacts samples before writing our prescriptions, to make sure we get the brands that we will be happy with. The man who helped us at the end was very friendly, and also took plenty of time to help us understand our contacts orders and the Eyecare Club membership details. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

My experience at America’s Best on San Jose was AMAZING . The optician TeNeah Kindel was PHENOMENAL. She was very informative . They checked to see if i had a warranty on my son’s glasses for me . I didn’t Know i had a warranty. She have a wonderful personality and this was by far the best eye glass experience i had. Thank you again for all you did . She deserve a raise for sure !!! You can tell she has a passion for what she does .

If you have all day then take an appointment at this location! My appointment was at 10, and I already filled out the paperwork online ahead of time. Even though, I didn't get to see the doctor until 10:45. The doctor is so nice and professional. The exam took only five minutes, and now it is 35 minutes later and no one check me out yet! I'm incredibly upset. I would never come back here!

So I went in today to get my exam. Everybody was extremely friendly. I had picked out my glasses and added everything that I wanted and had to have. Then Jerry told me it would be close to $700.I almost fell off my chair. Thinking I had run him off because I said we gotta get that way down. He disappeared into the back and then came back with a coupon to help me. This is incredible service. He cut my bill in half And I got everything I needed. I couldn’t recommend the place more. The doctors were amazing and everybody was extremely friendly. When you go ask for Jerry.
