I walked in without an appointment and Theresa was very helpful. Repaired my old glasses and helped me find a new pair. In addition to the three contenders I picked out she suggested one I hadn’t seen which was the one I purchased! Great value and will be ready in nine days
I went into America’s Best to get my FAVE glasses repaired after sitting on them in the car and miss Cynthia was amazing in three minutes. She adjusted cleaned and returned my eyeglasses in a new case and I am out the door to see the world on this wonderful Monday — thank you Cynthia!!
I was impressed with my visit today. Dr. Luong was very thorough and personable. She took took the time to answer all my questions and addressed concerns that I wasn't aware of. Cynthia did a great job at helping me find frames to fit my face. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to buy more expensive options, and I appreciate her double checking measurements as well. Thanks to everyone. I can't wait to get my new glasses!
Morgan is an awesome customer service rep and was very knowledgeable about my vision plan. She was actually more knowledgeable than my healthcare folks I called prior to my appointment. My glasses will take approximately two weeks and I will update my review then
When you think outstanding customer service, you think of America’s Best in Pinellas Park. My daughter’s wedding is in a week and I thought my glasses were broken. Because they were not going to be able to get me new frames in time, they offered to take the one’s off display so I would have a new pair in time. When I went in, Cynthia looked at my old pair and said, “I can fix them”, which she did. She is unbelievably talented. I highly recommend them.
