I stopped by America’s Best at University Park because I needed a small repair on my sunglasses. Even though I wasn’t there for an eye exam or to purchase glasses, the staff was incredibly friendly and happy to help. They fixed my sunglasses quickly and didn’t even charge me. It’s rare to find people who are this kind and willing to help without expecting anything in return. Based on this experience, I would absolutely come back when I need prescription glasses or an eye exam. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with purchasing my glasses. Normally I am left to choose whatever I want and go on about my day. Generally leaving unsure of my purchase, but not this time. Your associate knew her job very well. She seen what I was looking at, told me why my choices didn’t work. Then picked out similar pairs that fit perfectly. I appreciate your opinion and knowledge. My first pair of prescription sunglasses will actually protect my eyes thanks to your information. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Venus! She really cares about her patients! She goes over and beyond to make sure her patients are pleased with America’s Best! She is a true asset to the company!

Don’t even waste your time. I came here after switching my optometrist after 7 years. It’s been an absolute nightmare. My initial appointment was in May (it’s now almost July). The optometrist I had let me know that she was going to take me off of an astigmatism lens in one of my eyes for the first time in my adult life because my prescription was riding the line… after getting the trials, I could not see at all. Since then- it has been a constant back and forth to get the right prescription. They had me order my contacts and glasses right off the bat and told me I couldn’t return them until I received them. I haven’t spoken with the same person twice and every single time I go in, they’re on the phone apologizing to different customers for something going wrong. It’s just been a mess.. I would not recommend.

Danette was the optician who helped me today. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me select the correct frames for my face size and shape. She was very professional and personable. She brought me many different options and told me which ones worked on my face and why. She educated me on what to look for in frames and lenses. I am really happy with her service and interaction with me today. She was extremely qualified to do her job and made me feel like a valued customer. Madelyn Lindsay, O.D. conducted my eye exam. I thought she was professional and experienced at what she did. I was very satisfied with her exam and how she treated me.
