I had an excellent experience at America’s Best on 142nd Ave and 88th Street. From start to finish, Marcus, Angelina, and Dr. Benitez treated me with so much kindness, care, and professionalism. They were incredibly accommodating, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The team was efficient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help me. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and I am so grateful for the positive experience. I had a great experience at America’s Best in Miami. The staff was incredibly helpful, flexible, and genuinely focused on making sure I got the best possible outcome. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process and took the time to explain everything clearly. I particularly appreciate the receptionist and also the manager Orlando who has been very dedicated, supportive and friendly. I really appreciated their effort to maximize the value and benefits for me, rather than just rushing through the appointment. It felt like they truly cared about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for both their professionalism and their patient-centered approach!

Iliana was very helpful throughout the whole process. She helped me find the better deal for using my insurance. She helped me pick out the perfect frames and she gave me Many tips for eyeglass and contact lenses she had a great personality very nice and helpful!

Great service, they’re very efficient and reliable. They explain everything and treat patients very kindly. I was attended by Iliana and she was great, she took the time to go through everything step by step with us. She’s very emulated these qualities well and took great care of us.

Vivian was amazing. She taught me a lot about my insurance and gave me info that I didn’t know. I’ve been with my insurance for many years and nobody has taken the time to explain anything to me like she did. She was extremely polite. Very helpful. She let my kid go through 1 million glasses and was very patient with him.
