Really great experience at this location with Shayna! Eye exam was great, informative, and fast! Follow up with Dr. Philip was great and also informative. Shayna then got me set up with their in-house program, two pairs of glasses, and contacts! Really great prices and really great staff; so happy that I found them!
Narline was AMAZING! She was so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful. I had a million questions because we were getting glasses and contacts for my son, and she explained everything so clearly. She never made me feel silly for asking questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Dr. Philip was wonderful as well. He was kind, efficient, and thorough while still taking the time to answer our questions. We never felt rushed, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He even identified that my son’s dry eyes and contact cleaning routine were contributing to his discomfort and referred us to a myopia control clinic for his progressing prescription. We really appreciated how proactive he was about my son’s long-term eye health. Thank you, Narline and Dr. Philip, for going above and beyond. This was by far the best eye care experience we’ve had, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
Okayyyy Narline at America’s Best deserves ALL the flowers! 🌸✨ My husband and I came in thinking we were just getting our annual eye exams and somehow left feeling like we made a new bestie 😂 She was SO kind, welcoming, funny, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun instead of overwhelming. And baby… the REAL magic? She somehow got my thick “coke bottle” prescription into frames that normally wouldn’t even work for my lenses 😭👏🏽 I was honestly shocked. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and feeling cute in my glasses. Her vibe, her aura, her customer service… 10/10 across the board. You can tell she truly cares about people and enjoys what she does. We laughed the whole time and felt so taken care of. Narline, if you see this, THANK YOU for being amazing! We’ll definitely be back and hoping we get to work with you again 💕
Reception was cautiously courteous. Afterwards the service was excellent. They didn’t mind working with me on pricing. I placed my lens order and will be switching from a competitor to your store. Next appointment in March, 2027.
I had a very positive overall experience at America’s Best at 6357 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs. Maysa was especially impressive and provided excellent service throughout the process. She was professional, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. What stood out most to me was the consistency of the customer service. Over the course of about two weeks, I came in roughly six times for me and my family, and every single time we were greeted with warmth and a smile as soon as we walked in. That kind of genuine welcome is rare and really made an impression. The turnaround time for the glasses was about a week, and the prices were very good. The only area that felt a bit less warm was the interaction with the optometrist, who seemed somewhat neutral in demeanor. I personally would have appreciated a friendlier approach. That said, the overall experience was still very good, and the service from the rest of the team left a strong positive impression. I would definitely recommend this location.
