I had an amazing experience at America’s Best! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and taken care of. The office manager, Samantha, was absolutely outstanding—professional, patient, and so kind. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had with confidence and care. The doctor was excellent as well—thorough, attentive, and made sure I understood everything about my eye exam and prescription. I’m so happy with my new glasses and the top-tier service I received. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care and a great experience! Mr. Bill was amazing and very helpful.The Lady who checked me in is always knowledgeable and professional

I’ve been going to this location for almost 10 years without insurance with ease! Staff is always very informative, kind and quick! Customer service is amazing from front desk to back of house! Special shout-out to Andrea though because she was incredibly nice, walked me through every recommendation and was an absolute pleasure to check out with! I’ve never had a better experience! Definitley recommend this location! :) (For transparency to anyone wondering cost: Eye exam ((without dilation or the alternative to dilation)) + 2 pairs of glasses for $95, added basic Anti-glare + UV protection to both pairs and the total was $183) Only downside is having to wait 2-3 weeks, but that’s typical for any place I’ve ever purchased glasses at. The glasses I’ve purchased from here have truly lasted me years and I 100% recommend this location to anyone with or without insurance! :)

I had such a great experience here! I came in for an eye exam for both glasses and contacts, and the entire team was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Allen was wonderful, and all of the assistants and associates were amazing as well. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident, especially when it came to learning about my contacts. Their communication and care really stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional experience! 10/10

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! I've been coming here for years & this staff is the BEST!! They truly do live up to their name & offer the BEST customer service by helping their customers. I've come here many times "after the sale" & they've helped me repair broken glasses. Today, Sami (GM) at this location helped me with my broken Vera Bradley glasses, by honoring the warranty and replacing them for free. What a Blessing she was! I recommend this location to everyone! Thank You for all you do!

Use to love coming to this location but after this last experience this will be the last time I go to them. I got a message stating my glasses were ready for pick up...mind you gas is not cheap I drove all the way over here before they closed and was told I could not pick up my glasses because there was no optometrist present. I have never heard of that before. I was NOT getting treated just needed to pick up my glasses. I even google it and cpuld not find anything that says its illegal to do anything without an eye dr present. Mind you I already paid for them, all I needed to do was pick them up and now I need to come back all the way over here just to pick them up another day Ridiculous never again and I wont ever recommend anyone either
