I love going to eye savers they always get me right in even for emergencies. Iris is awesome and will help you find the most perfect glasses for your face shape and eye and hair color. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Dr Case is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions as well as kind to his patients. He got my son in for an emergency right on the spot one day also. This will keep me their customer alone. Thank you to everyone including the office staff that is super friendly greeting you with a smile everyone they see you.

This is my second time visiting here because they take my insurance. Last year I got 2 pairs of glasses from them. When I picked them up they did not feel right and I waited for someone to help me.10 minutes later someone comes out and is next to me bending my frames. She does this 3 times and tells me they look good. I left and never wore either pair. June 5 2026 my 2 year old glasses break now I have to wear them. My second visit was on the June 18th. I ordered a pair that had most of the things I wanted No ar with blue because it was 169.00 more…June 20th I’m cleaning my glasses, (the one I never liked and have only been wearing since June 5th) the lens pops out…I realized I don’t want another cheap pair of glasses. I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses with everything I wanted for 327.00 at EYEBUYDIRECT online. Now I’m hoping they will cancel a 3 day old order but they never called me back. Included pictures of both bills…

Really great experience! I was greeted before the front door closed behind me. Dr. Case is fantastic!! Front desk ladies were kind and helpful. Amanda was quite pleasant and Casey topped off the whole visit.

I have been going there for years and I am always satisfied. I especially like Iris to help me choose my glasses. She's very knowledgeable and really cares how you look. The whole staff is excellent. Thank you Eyesavers in Orange city.

K.C and Iris were very nice and helped give opinion on glasses. They had lots of patience and was nice to talk to. She was also very honest. The two ladys at the counter were very nice and the doctor was friendly. Iris thank you for making us laugh a lot.
