I am so happy with this office. 1st of all, the staff is amazing. They go out of their way to ensure everyone is taken care of. Appointments and followups are easy peasy to schedule. I have met both Dr. Kester and Dr. Ramey. I am diabetic and I feel very confident that my eye health is in good hands. They take the time to explain everything and always ask if I have any questions. My husband, 86 year old mom, and now my son & family all come here. Definitely recommend highly!

A great place for your whole family to get eye checkups. We have been coming here for many years and all of the doctors and staff are so nice. I love that they offer the Stellest lenses, a special kind of glasses to prevent my children’s eyesight from worsening. They are great and patient with my children (6 years and older). I am very happy to have found Total Vision.

The business is OK if you ignore their poor manners. Staff repeatedly pronounced my child's name wrong when calling them from the waiting room. When I asked the front desk to make sure it was said correctly ahead of time and to add to the patient file the way to pronounce their name I was ignorned. I dont think its asking much to say a name correctly. They were rude over their mistake to the point the female eye doctor was surprised I returned next year with my child. I wont be bothered to say her name since her business cant pronounce my child's name either. Will gladly never return here.

We have been patients of Total Vision for several years and have been very, very satisfied with the level of care that we have received. The Drs Ramey and their staff are gracious and attentive. We have recommended their practice to all our friends. You will get the best care with them.

I had an eye emergency and called the front desk for help. The person that answered was so kind and empathetic to my situation. I was in so much pain and they got me in right away even though they were fully booked. I had to go all week and each time they were fantastic. They got my eye healed in a week and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend 👌
