Unfortunately my visit started badly and got worse. From the moment I went into the back with the technician to have the initial scans and drops administered I was made to feel as if I was disrupting her day by being there. I’ve never experienced any health care person as cold and uncaring as she was, sometimes just pointing at what she wanted me to do instead of talking to me. When she did talk it was short and to the point with no emotion at all. She came across as almost irritated that I couldn’t read the lines she felt I should. After being treated this way I got to spend the next TWO hours sitting in a small waiting room listening to people watch videos on their phones, listening to two loud personal phone calls that were sometimes on speaker, and loud conversations over baseball and other sports coming from the other technician offices. I will not return to this office and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else until they can get some form of control over their schedule adherence and waiting room policies.
