When I called to schedule my appointment for Plaquenil testing I was told that this office does them. I was 1/2 way through the appointment when the actual Dr. (Dr. Moses) came in and told me after this test I have to go to the DeLand office to finish the test. Keep in mind I have weekly infusions 3x a week and Tues and Thursday are my only days available. It takes all I have with my many autoimmune diseases to get there! I was furious. I informed the tech I have PTSD from Drs gaslighting me throughout the years. I’m not going back. Dr said they have no control over what is said when appointments are made! What? I told Dr. Moses is that it’s a reflection of her and this office. Two separate appointments for 1 test? Ridiculous. You know what this did to me? I’m done getting tested. If I go blind I go blind. It’s better than being gaslighted all the time! I will never recommend this practice to anyone! I was terribly misinformed and misled. Not professional nor is it right! Changes NEED to happen there.
