Love my glasses! A little pricey but worth it! But I LOVED the customer service. The associate Kat helped me and she was so friendly, professional and helpful! Thank you Kat! I will be back for sunglasses!
Marissa & her team were extremely educated, efficient, professional, kind and friendly. I set up an appointment for my husband that had an outdated eye prescription (past 2 yrs) she walked him through with expert advice and help. The entire process took 1.5-2 hours and he left with a brand new prescription and a sets of two very beautiful and fair priced frames. We knew the frames would take about four business days to arrive and he had a work trip coming up, she kindly offered him a loaner frame with his current lens. We are so thankful for this loaner frames, as his older frames were broken and chipped. I highly recommend this location in Orange City. Tysm for your help ! He sees much better and loves his new frames. Stylish and youthful.
I am doing my best to give this place grace. Alot of these reviews are definitely relatable. Wrong prescription being issued, Being told I need to just deal with the change and new prescription only to find out it was wrong, not I! I'm requesting a 3rd exam reviewed by a different doctor (not the male I couldn't understand) and pray to God, I can see clearly with glasses and contacts. Customer service is amazing but the rest of the process is just extremely unsatisfying. They do not tell you before scheduling that they don't dilate and you do not physically see a doctor. UPDATE coming after Saturday's 3rd exam an hopefully with a solution 🙏 UPDATE, Happy Easter 3rd exam didn't match the last two smh. It's been almost a month. I'm in trial contacts that aren't perfection but at this point, I'm exhausted with all of it. I paid 600 dollars for both exams (glasses and contacts) they insist in putting me in weeklys which isn't m unless y money's worth and still have to use old prescription glasses because I have nothing new that I paid for. Long story short I do NOT recommend this place unless you have time and money to waste
