Great experience! I was greeted by Jorge, who was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The manager Ricardo was also incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Sarah, the doctor, was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options and helped me understand what would be best for me. I truly appreciated her patience and expertise. Kayla and Jennifer also provided top-notch customer service. Everyone on the team was attentive, caring, and made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend this office!

The entire team at America’s Best in Miami Gardens has always been wonderful. I’ve been coming to this location for the past three years for my children and my dad, and I have never been disappointed. Today, however, I want to give a special thank-you to Ricardo. My son lost his last pair of glasses while we were traveling in Jamaica, and from the moment I called, Ricardo made the entire replacement process smooth and stress-free. He also helped me get new pairs of glasses for both of my children. His patience, professionalism, and dedication especially following up to ensure that I received the glasses were truly commendable. Thank you, Ricardo! You made this experience much easier and better than I ever anticipated.

Update: Got my new prescription and I’m in love! I had never felt so comfortable wearing glasses. Customer service was great and the exam went smoothly. However, a few days after my visit I developed a stye for the first time in my life. I can’t say for certain it’s related, but the timing is hard to ignore. Good experience in the office, but leaving with an unexpected issue I’ve never dealt with before is hard to overlook.

Kayla at store 5041 did an amazing job . She was able to multitask and still take care of me in a timely matter. She went over the top to help me get the best out of my visit and had very helpful suggestions.

It was very nice experience here. Ricardo is so patient, friendly and helpful. He really helped a lot even when he was busy. Dr Sarah is also nice and professional. 100% good feedback!
