I had a really wonderful experience today at Americas Best! Warm greetings & a really nice staff. After my exam, Ian was so helpful with what I needed & understanding. Malorie chimed in during my process & was so incredibly giving. She offered me a coupon that was truly life changing. They are both really great people, you can SEE it without glasses. Thank you again, I truly appreciate everything you helped me with today. Even chatting up my kids, really nice of yall!! I would 100% recommend this location from here on out.

Today, I visited my eye doctor for an eye exam, contact lens, and glasses prescription. I recently moved to this area, and I’ve had an amazing experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated Dr. Hilary, the front desk staff Alberta, and Joy, who assisted me in choosing glasses that complement my face. I had a pleasant conversation with all of them, felt welcomed, and was thoroughly listened to. I highly recommend this clinic for your next eye exam. Thank you all

Omg I can see the light now! My eyes are so happy. The team is very pleasant and listen to all of my concerns. No pushy up sales and the kept me within my budget. They were very patient and explained everything. They helped me pick the best 2 pair of glasses that make me look like a movie star. I’m so lucky to have found marvelous team.

I want to commend and express my thanks and appreciation to Ian at the America’s Best location in Lutz. Not only did Ian step up and commit to solving an unusual request that I had ( find a frame that would accommodate two loose lenses) but he did so with professionalism, tenacity and a willingness to solve my problem. His success at identifying the right frame allowed me to leave the store with appreciation and gratitude. Ian views his work as his “craft” and will move forward in his field with professionalism and a outstanding understanding of customer service

Malorie was amazing! She helped me narrow down to the best frames to suit my face based on skin tone, shape, and prescription. She was very helpful and honest.
