America's Best

Very happy that we have an America's Best in poinciana now. My visit went very well. They did not have a doctor in house at the time but was able to get me a virtual visit which went smoothly. I was able to pick out nice frames and also a pair of sunglasses for 40% off as my second pair. Tatiana helped me check out and customize my lenses and was very kind and helpful. I'm looking forward to my new glasses!

I had such an amazing experience at America’s Best thanks to Amerika! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Amerika took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit both my needs and my style. What impressed me the most was that she also helped me save money by making sure I received the best value possible without compromising on quality. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She never made me feel rushed and treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care from beginning to end. It’s clear that she takes pride in helping her customers and loves what she does. If you visit America’s Best, I highly recommend asking for Amerika. She turned what could have been a routine shopping trip into an exceptional experience. Rachel O.D. and Odalys provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Odalys helped us select our glasses and assisted my daughter with her first contact lenses. I truly appreciate their support and positive attitude. We had a very frustrating experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Poinciana. My husband made his glasses there, and the entire process took much longer than expected. First, it took about 8 days to receive the glasses. When he finally picked them up, he couldn’t see properly, so he had to redo the eye exam. After that, we were told it would take another week to get the new glasses. During all this time, my husband still had to drive without proper vision, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Because of the long delays and mistakes, we honestly lost trust in this place. It does not feel like a reliable location. It feels like they are more focused on selling products than actually caring about the customer’s well-being or vision health. Another very negative point is the pricing. They advertise glasses for $79.90, but by the time everything is added, the final price was over $250. This feels misleading and not transparent at all. Overall, the service was slow, the quality was poor, communication was weak, and the prices were much higher than advertised. We do not recommend this location and will not be returning.

The team here is absolutely wonderful. America, Austin, Julie and Dr. Randolph made our experience an enjoyable one. They treated us like we were old friends. And this was our 1st time meeting them. They're professional and always eager to answer questions. I've been to many America's Best locations but this 1 in Poinciana is truly the BEST!
