Today, I had a women’s health appointment, and let me tell you, the service was exceptional. We were both excited and nervous because we were having our first child, but these professionals made us feel incredibly welcome. They answered all our questions and provided us with valuable information that we hadn’t even considered. They were genuinely preparing us for the journey ahead, and the entire experience was fantastic. We had blood work done, an ultrasound scheduled, and everything else we needed covered. It was impressive how efficiently they managed our appointments. We arrived at 10:10 am, and by 12:20 pm, we had completed all our scheduled procedures and received our medication. Walking out of the clinic, we felt confident and prepared for the next steps in our pregnancy journey. So happy we can continue to come back here and have this service in our community. Our providers name we’re M.A Mileishka, N.P Marthilde and lovely front desk Zuleika you guys are honestly the best.

I would like to express my disappointment with the multiple issues I have experienced while trying to schedule and attend appointments at your clinic. For my first appointment on 07/31. I arrived at the clinic only to be told that it had been canceled. Although I was eventually seen, it appears I was treated as a walk-in patient, which meant I had to wait from 8:30 a.m. until 12:20 p.m. As a result, I lost an entire day of work. The second appointment was scheduled for Friday, August 7. However, I received a call today informing me that it was being canceled because the doctor had been overbooked. By that point, I had already requested the day off from work, and I had been told that this was the only appointment available before school started. I explained my situation to the person who called me and asked to speak with the office manager because, at the end of the day, none of this was my fault. I made all the necessary arrangements to attend my appointment. Already having to ask for 2 different day off due to not been able to bring my 3 kids at the same time. I was told that the manager would call me back, but I waited all day and never received a call. Every time I call the office, I am placed on hold, and no one ever returns my call. It shouldnt be so hard to accomodate a patient or work with them, to find a solution. Only thing i will miss is the doctors, the company has great Doctors but, have to do better with the customer service the wait time to scheduled an appt is already a pain for them then do mistakes and cancelled your appt. I will be taking my children to a different clinic, and I will no longer be returning to your practice. I work in the healthcare myself and I believe the call center staff would benefit from better training, and management should show more empathy toward patients. Better communication, organization, and respect for patients' time are essential.
The current call center hold time regularly exceeds one hour. Once an agent is finally reached, the call often disconnects without a call back. It is extremely difficult for parents to spend this amount of time on hold just to schedule an appointment for their children. I respectfully request the implementation of a self-service appointment portal so that families can schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments online without relying solely on the phone line. This would greatly improve access, reduce call volume, and enhance the overall experience for parents and patients.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ms. Vicky at the Community Health Center Women’s Health. Over the past four months of my pregnancy, she has truly made my experience feel so comfortable, supported, and even enjoyable. From day one, she has shown genuine care, always taking the time to listen, answer my questions, and make me feel valued as a patient. Pregnancy can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming journey, but having someone like Ms. Vicky by my side has made all the difference. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism shine through at every visit. I never feel rushed or overlooked she makes me feel like I truly matter. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received so far, and I would absolutely love to continue seeing her throughout the rest of my pregnancy. She is a true asset to the Community Health Center, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and attentive women’s healthcare.
Marie Adolphe and Jasmine have been a blessing for my husband. After suffering a two strokes and losing his job he was sad, depressed and feeling hopeless. After seeing Marie and being treated, he is a changed man. He better understands that in life many things happen that are beyond our control but the goal is to handle things one day at a time. These two ladies are angels in disguise!
