This is my second time buying eyeglasses at the Poinciana store, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff is highly knowledgeable about prescription details and goes above and beyond. Paula did a great job with my order! Highly recommended! Thank you! 😊

I broke a frame I had just purchased in India and went to the Walmart Vision & Glasses store in a bit of a panic. At first they told me they had stopped fitting existing lenses into new frames, but agreed to help me out anyway. They found a nice inexpensive frame that fitted around my lenses, did a great job of installing the lenses and did not charge me a penny for the service. Within minutes I had a new frame and was saved! Kudos to the staff at Walmart! Always so dependable.
Came here for an optometry appointment as well as once to adjust my glasses. Dr. Siddiqui was very patient and thorough in my eye exam and I felt comfortable. The optician assistants who work there that helped me adjust my frames did their best to get my glasses back in shape. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with this Walmart Vision Center.
Today I have recently the worse customer service. Janet had a guest, answered the phone and had to greet people all at the same time. How could one person run a whole vision center at walmart? When asked where here help was she replied at lunch but she should be back soon. I'm disabled and stood 40 min when finally ms rosi shows up she acts as if I'm bother her. I'm sorry that I didn't come at a time that was convenient to her!! At this point I wasn't the only one waiting. So I show her my prescription and she said that it was not fillable.Understandable but I could have been told that 40min ago. Obviously I understood but wanted to speak with a superior or manager who she claimed is unavailable and unreachable. After I insisted I speak to someone over her she finally call a Walmart sup who said she needs to call her sup but she denied being able to make contact again. I usually deal with lens crafter although they are slightly more in price the service is 100% better. I feel like a valued customer at least and not mule.
