I visited America’s Best Eyeglasses on 7/2/26 at 10 AM 🗓️ with a friend for an eye exam 👁️ and new glasses 👓. The store was very clean 🧼, well-organized 📦, and fully stocked. The doctor was extremely kind 😊, professional 👨⚕️, and helpful 👍, even assisting with filling out my friend’s DMV vision form 📝 for his driver’s license 🚗. From walking in to leaving, everything took about an hour ⏱️, which was impressively efficient compared to other places I’ve been to where it often takes an hour and a half or more ⏳. There were many frames to choose from 👓✨, and while the selection was large, I personally felt that many of the styles leaned toward older fashion trends 🕶️—some reminded me of designs from the 60s and 70s 🕰️, especially the more angular or oversized frames 📐. Coming from Europe 🇪🇺, I’m used to seeing more modern, minimalist styles, so the selection felt a bit dated to me overall. That said, there were a few modern options ✨, mainly from the higher-end designer section 💎, where my friend ultimately chose a pair of Ray-Ban glasses 😎. They were pricier 💰, but looked very stylish and up to date ✔️. Overall, the staff was friendly 😊, knowledgeable 🧠, and efficient ⚡, and I would still recommend this location 👍. My only suggestion would be to expand the range of more modern frame styles 👓✨.

I’ve been to this store often. Dr. Velasco is top notch, of course!! 😊 Also, I recently ordered new Rx sunglasses…they are great! Unfortunately, I did find a couple of small scratches on the lenses not the fault of the staff. I came back and [Anna and Dani] took good care of me and resubmitted an order for a new pair. I wanted to highlight their excellent customer service and kindness. On 24 November, my daughter had another exam. Dr. Velasco was as kind and professional as always (the best). Also, Malachi (tech) had impeccable customer service. He’s really an amazing ambassador for your company. 10 March 26: Mo & Anna, top notch customer service!! ** Update 18 March 26 ** As 99% of your staff have been outstanding, I want you to know that ANTHONY is a proficient and competent technician. He’s NOT as warm and kind like the others and I bet he’s a nice employee; he just has a restricted style to demonstrate his cheer and customer service. Thank you.
Annual eye exam, the service was quick and easy. The only thing I can say was bad is the doctor was late and we had to wait for the computer to boot up but once that issue was resolved the appointment went quickly. Aaliyah,my sales girl was very knowledgeable and polite. Even though I didn’t buy glasses she gave me advice to call my vision plan to find a vision provider in network who will cover more money on my glasses purchase.
Please retrain all of your staff. I am tired of being told one thing on the phone and another thing in person. It wastes time. I called to make a follow up appointment and was told I had to see someone before the eye doctor and that to come in any time. I walk in and I’m told I need an appointment for a follow up. So now have to drive back and forth and waste more of my day. This is the second time I’ve been told something different on the phone versus in person at this location. Additionally, stop saying my glasses will be ready in two weeks and you will call me to notify me. The last two times they were in early and I had to call.
We will not returning due to poor management Did management recently change? We usually have a great experience but the staff said they called to change our appointment time to earlier due to the type of appointment. I have no call, no voicemail. I do have a text message and email from today confirming the time. After they said they couldn’t see us and after we walked out, I received a text message that our appointment had been cancelled due to an emergency..
