Optical Eyeland

It's quiet. Staff is friendly. The lobby Wait was nice and short. The frames did not break the bank. In fact nothing broke the bank We were in and out in an hour and that included the waiting around for my eyes to dilate, picking frames, having them measure and marking the glasses with the marker payment and medical forms. Its not a fancy place but the people are good salt of the earth gracious nice people and fancy means overpriced. I will try to update when I get my glasses in a few weeks....update..It took about 2 weeks to get my glasses and I hav see been wearing them for about a month. They are good quality accurate lens. I see perfect. And my frames do not slide off my face.

I originality stopped here cuz the carried a certain brand of gram frames. I had an issue with the gram frames but Julie handled my request quickly and without judgements. This place is definitely in my contact list for any future glasses or eye exams!

I have been going to optical Island for more than 25 years. I have also known the owners since middle school/high school they have an amazing eye Doctor Who works for them and they run an amazing business. I can tell you after suffering for years and years with LensCrafters, as that was the only place my insurance would allow for me to go. I am now relieved But for the last several years, I’ve been able to utilize optical island in Apopka. I can’t recommend them enough. They take time with you and believe me I’m not the easiest patient or customer at times but they take the time with you that you want to have them take as they make sure they get it right the first time thank you Brian and Julie I can finally see and not look like I’m 100 years old you got me out of my bifocals and into progressive lenses now my granddaughter won’t tell me my glasses are cracked anymore

Excellent staff, and professional staff. doctor was very personable and professional. Took time to address all my concerns and educate me on all changes and options available. Totally worth traveling out of state for my eye care.
