Essential Eyecare and Optical

As someone who has worn glasses for almost 20 years, this is my absolute favorite eye doctors I’ve ever been to! They are caring, thorough and actually listen to you & help get your eye exam exactly right! I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I refuse to switch anywhere else! I love the family/homey feel & clean, pleasant environment. They offer complimentary refreshments while you wait, a great frame selection, and a caring team. The check in/appointment process is quick, smooth, and easy! They communicate very well through call, text, and email! (: They even gave me a kind & thoughtful gift as I am pregnant with my second child! They go above and beyond for their patients & I really have appreciated them over the last few years! I have worn glasses for the better part of 40 years and have never had a experience from start to finish than I had at essentiall eye care, Apopka. Starting with the two ladies at the front desk , Jean and Noveen who were not only welcoming but smiled and greeted other clients with a positive energy. They were very patient and accommodating. Next doctor Nishan Pressley, who was very knowledgeable and very patient. She also took time to explain the evaluations of the test results, answered all my questions and smiled the entire time. The "cherry on the cake"was Nina , who not only helped me pick out two pair of glasses, but her knowledge in helping me make good decisions on the type of upgrades I would need for my lifestyle. Lastly, not only the individuals I had direct contact with, but every member of the staff showed they really cared and wanted to help with a smile. Thank you, everyone at essential eye care. From scheduling to check out, the experience was seamless. I didn’t know what to expect - this appt was for our 4yr old. The level of service was outstanding. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked - there was so much care and thoughtfulness. I will certainly be back for myself and HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking for top tier care!

We always enjoy our experience at the great Essential Eye Care & Optical. Everyone is always so nice and professional. You truly feel at ease when visiting for any type of eye appointment. Dr. Dada explains everything that is going on with your eyes as he examines them, and he also makes sure you get the proper eye wear that will allow you to do your best with all your daily task. From the receptionist, Gin, to Dr. Alami and Nina, who assisted with the prescriptions throughout the entire experience, it was simply fantastic. I felt truly taken care of and will definitely recommend this place!
