Very good customer service, friendly faces and amazing staff. They helped with any problems I had and were very patient. Angela was an amazing help, amazing experience and she was a major part of making it great!

Trichelle Melancon, O.D. was very unpleasant. She possesses poor mannerisms. She did not listen to my concerns. Her responses were sarcastic, instead of informative. Her interaction with me was negative & her interaction with another customer was horrible as I observed the interaction. I do not recommend going here & where Trichelle may go in the future. This was a waste of time & money. Called to ask a question thereafter and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes by Tristan. I disconnected & called back. He assisted after I mentioned the long hold time.

Peter did an amazing job taking care of the wife and I. I'm definitely going to ask for Peter when I go back and ya'll should do the same. Ask for Peter! Thanks Peter for the amazing service!

Don't waste your money!! I had 4 eye exams, 7 different contacts and they still didn't get it right!! One exam the doctor was on her phone during it. They won't refund my money for the exams so I have to dish out more money to pay for someone who knows what they are doing. I have worn contacts for over 30 years and have not had any trouble until these people.

I am 89 years old. Been there done that. So this is one of the better of those. Friendly staff. Competent attendance to your needs. Highly recommended.
